 At Golden Retriever Family Homes, our health guarantees are a 100% assurance alongside our refunds policy adhering you get what you inquire about and if it doesn’t match your prescription on our website, within 2 days of purchase after examining with your vet, you have the authority to request for a full refund of purchase made. With this policy, it applies positively to the original buyer and it isn’t transferable. We are a “closed pet home family” that is to say no outside dogs are allowed into our home or vice versa. Our relationship with you doesn’t end once you get your Golden Retriever puppy home from us. As dog lovers, we wish nothing would ever go wrong with any dog/puppy in their new homes.

However, certain things are beyond our control. A puppy’s health is dependent on a number of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment, and overall care. While nobody can guarantee your puppy will never have a health problem, we can guarantee doing our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!  Within 3-5 days of shipping your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the vet finds out within the first 14 days of purchasing the puppy that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately. 

 

Our puppies are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any sign(s) of infection at the time we ship them to you. We don’t believe your puppy(s) is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pain of losing a puppy can be reduced when we do offer you another puppy(s) of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event (event of death) within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the puppy(s), we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified vet and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
